Meaning of REDUNDANCY  with reference to IDC?

• In computing the term is used more specifically & refers to duplicated devices that are used for backup process. The goal of redundancy is to prevent or recover from the failure of a specific component of system.
• In IDC’s redundancy is specially planned for following areas, devices , power , cooling and network. 

What is application service level agreement?

• This is about application service quality between service provider and customer.

What is the purpose of application service level agreement?

• To have measurable rights and obligations of customer and ISP.

What is intelligent traffic management?

This is used for enabling an application optimized network.

Standard traffic management can not be used fully to optimize a network.

Because in lacks the insight into application traffic and payload.

Therefore layer 7(application layer) inspection must be used, managing traffic by application layer information is called INTELLIGENT TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT
